The museum’s greatest surprise – the beautiful courtyard garden of Rijksmuseum Twenthe. A green oasis, designed by artist Claudy Jongstra on a layout by the landscape architecture firm of Lodewijk Baljon.
The adjoining Museum Café and courtyard garden are perfect places to relax. The pavilion is a design by architect Ben van Berkel. Both the café and the garden are ideal settings for lunch arrangements, receptions, dinners and even weddings.
