This job makes me proud every single day. But today, I feel especially proud, as we launch a new website and an entirely new visual identity. After almost fifteen years, it was time for a fresh look and feel. We’ve also created a cheerful campaign to show everyone that Rijksmuseum Twenthe is a warm and welcoming place — not just for looking at art, but also for enjoying a coffee or finding a thoughtful gift in the shop.
We invite you to experience the museum in your own way. It doesn’t matter whether you’re well-versed in art or just starting to explore. I truly believe that art is for everyone. Just take your time and… look. Let your eyes wander across a painting. What do you see? Is that a tree in the distance? What fabric is that dress made of? Is it autumn or winter?
